Managing for Success® STYLE Analysis

Managing for Success® Style Analysis Report

Every participant in the Cornerstones of Managing for High Performance Boot Camp will receive as part of the training their own Managing for Success® Style Analysis computer generated report: The purpose is to help management identify their own management strengths and areas to set their personal Success Traps.

In addition, all Cornerstones authorized dealers have a family of Managing for Success® software products that meet a variety of managers' needs and have special applications for their team.  The bottom line is to increase individual and organizational effectiveness.

People who need to change the most change the least.

Proper guidance and direction often spell the difference between successes and failure of a manager, their team and organization.  Through personalized information, respondents have the opportunity to immediately increase their knowledge of self and others resulting in increased effectiveness and productivity.

Effective Management tool:

Computers have manuals- Why not people?  People are unique and must be managed, coached and supported in a way that capitalizes on their uniqueness.  The Managing for Success® Style Analysis is designed to assess each manager and every member of their team's individual strengths and area for adjustments.  This tool allows managers to adjust their own behavior and to assist them in developing an approach for increasing productivity, communications and overall effectiveness.

Nothing happens until someone takes personal responsibility

The goal of the Style Analysis is to breakdown communication walls, improve morale and target areas to increase productivity.  This creates an environment that promotes individuals' taking personal responsibility for one's success or failure.  The evaluation is a positive tool and reflects concern for both organizational productivity and the development of the individual.

Computer Generated Report

Based on the individual's responses to the Style Analysis instrument, a personalized computer-generated report details:
General behavior characteristics
Management skills assessment
Employee's value to the organization
Checklist for communicating
Ideal work environment
Motivated style
Keys to motivating
Keys to managing
Areas to set success traps for personal growth
